This is my second mod for Fallout 3. Its a GERMAN mod so sorry for my bad english because i'm a German Modder ! It will be add a City or Settlement to the Weastland of Fallout 3. Near by Arefu. The Mod is in Work. Maybe i will Realeas this Mod 2009. But i think i Realeasd it at 2010.

Hello outthere. Long time ago I put the first video online but now have 2 other videos for you. At the moment i haven no time to modding but i think ina a few weeks a new Version will released German and English. At V.2 will be a improved version of the playerhome and the Cityhall with 2 Npc's
