-Class limitations added. Default is all classes unlimited, server admins will need to customize the limits.

-Berdan's Sharpshooter class added.
-Zooming removed unless you have a telescope, binoculars, or a scoped rifle. Officers will spawn with a telescope or a pair of binoculars.
-Sharps Rifles removed from union infantry due to Berdan's Sharpshooters being added
-Fixed the bug where Union cavalry had a 0% chance to spawn with a revolver
-Rebalanced unit stats... Again
-Fixed officer commands
-Added a marine uniform to union infantry
-Overhead banners have been removed. Check your fire.
-Redone tophat model by Austro. If you choose a tophat, it will be either black or off-white.
-The New York Dragoons flag has been patched up by 5arge.
-Added banners for the 2nd Wisconsin and 15th Alabama.
-Hinkel updated all banners to look more realistic.
