Runner's Doom 3 is now version 1.5.4.
I found a way to make Hell compatible with "Random Encounter", so I did it.
For original Doom 3(2004): Moddb.com

Changes:
Deleted unnecessary .cfg files.
Increased distance of Imps leap.
Fixed Maggots' limp movements during dodge.
Attacking a living enemy with Chainsaw now restores armor. You can disable it by editing "weapon_chainsaw.def" file.
Due to the change below, the number of bullets available at Hell and Delta5 has almost doubled.
"Random Encounter" is now compatible with Hell and Delta5.
Our familiar Hell becomes more Hell :D
This update contains scripts update, so you will fail to load your save data after updating.
Please use console commands to revert your game condition.
