  3. Added Yuri Oil Derrick Upgrade. Dobules production.
  4. Added Soviet Airfied Upgrade. Allows Parabomb SpecialWeapon.
  5. Added Allied Civillian Power Plant Upgrade. Adds 175 more power.
  6. Added new Leopard Tank Artwork.
  7. Fixed Ospreys.
  8. Added Yuri Tansport Disk.
