I am happy to anounce that the new gamemode of OpenCoop has been successfully implemented. So how does it work? Formerly a player which died , was able to respawn. This has changed now. If a player dies, he/she will be become a spectator. The player is only able to respawn if the healthpool which is shared among all players, is filled up to a certain amount. The healthpool will be filled by picking up health items und the following conditions:
* The player has enough health and can spend this item into the healthpool.
* One player is currently spectator and requires health beiing shared.
Please note that the players still have their unique health so the healthpool just applies to the respawn behaviour. When respawning the player will get the amount of health available in the health pool.
Furthermore picking up items is now limited. Like in Serious Sam each player will have it's unique set of items. If all players are spectators, the game is lost and the restart the map. If the Skill level is pureEvil the whole episode will restart. Twisted Evil So it's gonna be tough for you guys.
This means that the code is now mostly complete for the next version. Expect a release this month!
