Season 2 is now released! A new character has been added to the roster- The Sound 4 (Yes, they are one fighter :D ). We have also released two new skins: Itachi Uncloaked and Yahiko. Some more balance changes have also been implemented, see below for details.

Haku:

you should also add the sound four as single charaters aswell, just for completion.
The characters do not have enough techniques. For example, kabuto (free AJ, AD).
You can use a kunai throw (for example) for empty combinations, like Hidan's D^J,Kiba's DvA etc.
Neji's AD has done well. For the Shino's AD you сan do the same.
Kabuto's Edo bushin can be a little faster.
The effect of lightning during raikiri in the air is a bit annoying.
It's more like an idea, but to make some moves directed would be cool. For example, a Kankuro's D>A, Naruto's DvA, Sakura's D>J etc. it would give the battles of dynamism, depth, as for me.
The damage/cost of the chakra for some techniques, too, could be reconsidered, for example, Kisame's water prison (both captures).
For some reason, some characters can not change form (sasori, kakuzu etc.)

We thought about giving characters some filler jutsus (like kunai/shuriken), but it would feel really weird on those unusual combinations that aren't used yet.
Yes, that's true. We made the Edo Tensei a bit more fun in Season 3 to compensate ;D
We are not very satisfied with the Air Raikiri, as it's not very useful. We will work on it some more.
Every "grabbing" jutsu can now be moved up and down, however with some other techniques its more complicated to do so. We find that to be more dynamic as well, so we will try to make more jutsus directional.
Balancing of the game is really tricky, but we find it to be on the right track. For Kisame AJ is a potentially powerful jutsu, however we find AD to be completely unnecessary for Kisame haha

And I recognise that issue. Most likely your antivirus deleted the file lib.dll from the game folder. As this happens to many people we put it inside the Fix folder. Just extract it and play :D We recommend whitelisting the NTSD folder in you antivirus.
