At the moment, the My Little Pony: Wormholes are Magic team comprises of exactly one person. One person whose skills are pretty much limited to xml files and rudimentary image doctoring. As such, if this mod goes without help, then it can only go so far. New buildings go along with new tech trees, which means new icons and query images are a must.
At the moment, when it comes to art, all I can do is recycle other works. I'm currently recoloring vanilla icons, which just wouldn't cut it if I were selling this as a complete mod. With an artist or two, we can change that. We can make something truly great and worthy of being an addition to GalCiv2.
