Ok I've been working on this mod now for about a month. I use alot of vechiles and misc mods by others, but I personally am doing the billboards and other building retextures. This mods goal is to make a 100% real version of Vice City. It's based on Killer Kips mod losely as he had several great ideas. This mod also is similar to RealGTA for GTA III. As of now The mod is almost done but I still need premission from the authors of the mods I've incorparated to use them in this manner. Trust me I want to let it out right now but we must all wait. Sorry about the wait, i had some things come up, i am now preparing to have the beta ready by this evening
