Thanks for viewing the mod, the game may be a bit old, and if people want I can try and do the same thing for the upcoming Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. It wasn't that hard to do and I'll definitely try again if people want me to.
I will also be updating this if I see feedback.
Any feedback is welcome, and I'd love to have it.
Some possible updates include
- faster texture pop in
- higher texture resolutions and
- different versions, low end and high end ones
I will include these later if people use this mod enough, my goal is at least 15 people posting feedback requesting it, and then I will do it.

Wow, finished the game and went through those environments, the feeling is pretty different from the screenshots ! :)
Good job, I'm in a hurry to see some example of enemies as they might be the hardest to work with since they have a cartoon feeling in their very essence. Then effects for gun shots too, they're pretty flashy so I'd gladly see more stuff about that ! Keep up the good work there, it's really cool !

This doesn't seem to work (I'm on Steam)... I placed the file in the appropriate spot, but when I start up the game I still get the 3 splash videos, and I am still seeing cell shading.
What's your username on Steam or Skype? I can help you get through this.
