Basically a mod that changes quite alot of content it makes the flood playable increases squad sizes and more I used Slafto's play as flood mod as a base but I made most of the changes myself I did this in my spare time and debated if I should release it I decided I would there are a couple of bugs mainly with the flood I made the rebel snipers trainable and the flood can train them to this was an accident and I could fix it pretty easy but I have decided not to the AI will train the snipers and the flood ai from what i have seen will sit there and do nothing or start training snipers and flood brutes for some reason I changed the player colors so that player 1 will always be red because its my favorite color. I may make a couple balance updates/fix some bugs not sure.

is that a old exe or the exe of the new update?
it's a modded exe you only have to install it once if you don't have it you can't play with mods
were do i put the .exe file at?
You will need to back up your original game file and replace the exe with the original Xgamefinal.exe Which I recogmend using the Steam version it's easier to access. The files won't be locked there.

how do i get this to work
download the mod then go to your halo wars location and backup your xgamefinal.exe then cut/copy the mod into the file and replace it. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BACKUP THE GAME BEFORE YOU REPLACE IT. Otherwise you cant play a normal multiplayer game etc.
And one more thing... go find more flood mod or other mods out there for you to use the mod. Or you get bored. Your choice!
