Good News! I have thought of an Idea on how to reduce lag on GTAIV Lesser.Without having to remove Vegetation,Trash Bins,Mail Boxes,Some Buildings, Pedestrians, Cars or Even not reducing it! In this Idea nothing will be reduced nor removed.
If this Works I'll release it as soon as I can.
And the Idea? Secret.
