How it's started: It's started with gta3beta,He made the GTA 3 Beta mod but than that time it was a MC. He totaly change Portland Island in beta version and make all the GTA 3 Beta cars. After that he never finished it and we ask him to finish that mod. So here we go:

Description

This is some footage I made with my copy of Beta Edition. Please mind that this is early beta and there are still few bugs which will be fixed for the official version. BTW, the rc cars and dodos were putted in just for fun. They won't be showing up on streets in the official version.
