tried 3 different ways if installing and got red for almost everything and yes i read the read me, tried fomm, and tried putting it in through in steamapps/common/fo3goty/data
I'm so sorry, I just noticed your comment. Do you have any other mods downloaded that work? If you do, do they contain new models and textures like this one does?

this mod works fine on my Fallout 3 (V 1.7...) Win 7. I use only 3 other mods.

Colt M4 carabines
and DIM Type3 Bodys
It works, the u-boot and other stuff works too. I like the idea very much, also the converters (dirt water to purified/clean water, burnt/destroyed books to prewar books (Vorkriegsbücher) and so on)
BUT but .....
The weapons seem to be overpowered - I think so - with those arms I feel like a cheater, but this is my personal problem.
The bookconverter also feels like cheating, because of the sidequest for BOS to find and sell prewarbooks.
I took nearly all burnt books from the bibliothek, converted them and was really a very rich guy.
The G3 Grenade attachment doesn`t work, but I will try again.
The G3 Grenade attechment WORKS very well.
I tested it again and booooommm raider lost legs.
Thank you VERY MUCH for your input! For the longest time I had no clue if this worked for anyone, or if anyone liked it at all. I agree that the weapons are over-powered by vanilla Fallout 3 standards.
At the time of the mod's creation I was going for realistic damage, and I also created a "Realistic Damage" mod that made all guns (even enemy guns) do very high and realistic damage, so for me at the time it was fair, but this was an oversight of mine to leave it in the mod for normal players
Does it work on the 360?
PC only unless you know how to illegally mod Xbox games.
Does this work for ps3
Not without illegally modding something on your PS3, or downloading this mod onto a jump-drive and manually installing it into your PS3 game save file somehow.
It's meant for PC only, but if you want to make it work for PS3 it's all up to you and you can Google how to do that.
