Gothic II: Warsong is a fan made sequel for the critically acclaimed Gothic II. Developed by Grim Reaper Interactive, a romanian modding team formerly known as Gas Miners Guild, Gothic II: Warsong features cutscenes of quality never before seen in the Gothic series and a deep storyline, focused a lot more on the personal motivations of the nameless hero, than in previous installments of the Gothic series. Uses G2Ext ZENgine SDK by Paindevs (www.g2ext.paindevs.com).

Grim Reaper Interactive officially announces the "Design the Gothic II: Warsong icon" contest.

Hey guys, greetings from the GRI team. We have decided to start a contest dedicated to our fans. The rules are simple. You must design an icon for Gothic II Warsong. The icon must be available in 2 different resolutions and formats: 32x32 .ico format for the launcher application and a high resolution 800x800 .psd for use in artworks, wallpapers and showcase at the end of the contest. (The best icon will be showcased here on ModDB and on WoG.ro) The prize? The best icon will become the official Gothic II: Warsong icon, which will be used as launcher icon for all Warsong localizations, thumbnail for further updates on ModDB and icon for the official forum threads. (New website and forum coming soon.) To participate, you must design an icon for Warsong that is as "Warsong-ish" and "Gothic-ish" as possible. You must post the links to the files on the following thread on WoG.ro. At the end of the contest, we will have a poll, deciding the winner, also on WoG.ro
