So after some time, this mod is 12% done currently. And I'm announcing that a custom Sixense mappack will be created as a DLC. Will new elements and new gameplay mechanics. But, don't worry the main campaign have new gameplay elements too.

And for the this mod to go faster, I need more mappers and puzzle designers and some modellers. So for now, Here's a short gameplay trailer for you!

OMG, so original. You added ONE MORE MARK to the battery, and you think that will solve all copyright problems... No, seriously, you should at last change that sprite. To be honest, i think it would be best for you to totally get rid of it. Or make the "charging" less like... You know. And I know. And presumably lots of other people know. So just do what you think will be best for you.

You have to understand the fact that many people made variations of many elements. You also have to know that lasers are used almost the exact same way as light. Laser Catcher = Light Catcher.
Laser = Light. Battery was added for giving the player a limited amount of time to use the cube. I have played blue portals and yes, I know they used the battery concept. And yes, It doesn't change that fact that I used their battery concept. But the idea is a timer. and many other games use the limited time concept too. It's just portrayed in a different way.

It's not only about the battery. The portal 2 "reflection" cubes have a mirror inside, so they obviously don't need any additional machinery to work. The BP "light" cubes however have a bulb inide (what can be observed when looking closely at the model), so they can fire light even when there is no light around.

And that is what was realy innovative in reepblue's concept: instead of normal redirection cube (what was already announced on the time when mod was relased) he used a small battery sprite that show hom much time left before the cube "expire". I won't be angry at all if you just create cube that show battery level using sound, or hazerd lights. Damn't, I wont even be angry if you would use diffrent battery sprite. But THAT. This is nothing else than a blatant copy of someone's idea. Have you aver thought that you are using a sprite that was made by a texture artist that had never agreed to modify or reuse it? I'm not sure, but on 90% it's Collosal's sprite. And he is quite... severe in terms of sharing his works with others.

the battery icon was a stock image from google images.
Nothing of BP's textures were used.
and that cube is a place holder. The other sides will be weighted storage cube sides.

I told you I was not sure about that sprite. But that don't changes anything. Still, it looks like exact copy of BP cube. And, even after I find out that that sprite was from, i still think that you should change that battery. Just beacouse if someone who know BP will play your mod, he would think (just like me) that you have stole that concept. So... just change it. To get rid of misconceptions.
