that's right the mod as you know it has some major investment in it! coming close to an end:
- the maps have been remastered, i modded the map.mpd files to get the right color and the right fog.
- the mecha are all re-balanced for a perfect game-play, and are all select-able in the "item" menu
- the Engine has been fixed, there is now my personal translation of it! (and i removed the [mecha Kills--> mecha] indication, which was awful to play with! now the game just looks better!
- the sound is close to perfect,im made sure the bit rate was equal everywhere, so no need to worry here.
- the textures are fully completed!(no big news), all the mecha in the game will load 2d in the selection screen, as well as a 100% texture coverage (face.png, face2.png, select.png!)
- the Scores are now totally refreshed, because the new engine uses a different Score.dat file!
This is from far the biggest and best quality of mod i've played for UKWXP.
That doesn't mean my testing phase didn't encounter any problems:
-the DX gundam makes the game crash each times i face it as an AI.
(edit: the DX is fixed! the game has no crashes now :)
-the overall balancing is good but the point battle mode ends too fast, i will need to re balance...
-you have to accept that the textures are not always perfectly redistributed, eg: the Sf shoots yellow beam with his funnels, the zabanya shoots Blue lasers with his Sub3 atk ... ex...(most of the texture are well redistributed within the mecha though...)

here is the what you called the "Hangar " which is renamed "Items", and this is the best way i found to select the mobile suits by name, but not show their names in the mecha selection screen...
