A harrowing 3 map versus campaign for Left 4 Dead 2.
a sampling of gameplay is provided in this collection of clips from testing we've done on the campaign.

Pixel, one of the guys who's helped test the campaign over the past few months, has compiled and edited some gameplay clips. Clips exist from all three maps, and are basically organized in chronological order.
The first clip demonstrates how brutal the area just outside the first saferoom can be. other moments featured include a clip of the tower onslaught event (with somebody powering through with a chainsaw) on map 1, survivors getting hung up at "drop with your team or die" moments in maps 1 & 2, a tank encounter in one of the gorges, and some footage from the finale on the bluff. Some stuttering occurs toward the end of the video, but is the result of something in the editing process and not indicative of performance.
Many thanks to pixel for this, and also to elemental, purebeau, and swolenator for recording and submitting demos.
I'm counting on desura adding l4d2 support in the coming week or so. I'll also provide a download on moddb, and perhaps elsewhere. Otherwise, the first public beta version of the campaign is all compiled and ready to go.
Don't forget to join the steam group for this campaign, to make finding a server a little bit easier.
The release is imminent.

Looking good.
that was an amazing comment...
we should have more of these on moddb, they will really get the community together and give the author an insight on how ti improve his work!
Awkward sarcasm attempt aside, this IS looking good, although the last section of the video (I think it's the finale?) looks a little undetailed compared to the rest of the map, particulary the room where the tank incaps Zoey.
I was the chainsaw it is usually much more challenging than that to get up the tower and is usually pretty hectic.
