Happy Halloween! Mod updated to 3.1.0
- Equipment pumpkin now give ammo for all weapons.
- Cosmetic equip state now saved on player disconnect.
- Added localization for empty comsetic menu text.
- Added PInv_Event_Destroy forward, call when the player inventory api plugin destroy the handlers.
- Cosmetic api plugin now destroy handlers after player inventory api plugin.
- Monoculus rocket speed reduced to 720 ups.
- Fixed issue when the player losing some cosmetic items after disconnect.
- Fixed issue when the player's inventory was not saved after the server restart.
