As of today Postal 3 is no longer being sold on Steam, this is reportedly because the DRM attached to the Steam version of the game known as "Act Control" (which was used for activating keys) is no longer working.
You won't be able to buy the Steam version anymore other than through unofficial key resellers.
The ZOOM Platform version of the game is still available for sale and this version does not have the previously mentioned DRM issues.
This news does not affect the development of Catharsis Reborn in any way.

We won't be speculating on release dates unless we have a date we're fully confident we can fulfil
