"Battlefield Robin Hood Or: The Legend of How to Kill With A Spoon" will be a semi-fictional total conversion for Battlefield 2. It will be set around the dusk of the 12th and the dawn of the 13th century and feature a perfect balance of historical accuracy as well as influences (both serious and humourous) from popular games and movies. We plan on making the mod as fun as possible without neglecting the technical quality. It will feature in its first release (more to that later) on the one side the legendary outlaw Robin of Locksley with his band of Merry Men including their hideouts and historically accurate weapons (plus some additions which raise the fun factor even a little more ;)) and on the other side the notorious Sherriff of Nottingham under the command of Prince John, ruling the region suppressing the poor with his brother, King Richard the Lionheart, being on crusade.
