Brazil is the Only axis power in South America(so far) and is the weakest in terms of military,navy and Industry its Air Force beating Finland which has no units. Brazil has one of the best axis starts sharing borders with no major powers meaning expansion should be relatively easy whereas Finland and Romania share borders with the USSR. Brazil however is nearer to the USA than these other powers making it harder long term to survive. The USA is better all around except in one regard-its large size which is both a gift and a curse.The large size means it can be self dependent but also means it is vulnerable to small attacks as it cannon guard all borders and/or coastlines at one.
