This is a modded DataPC forge contain various amount of mods from textures to model changes
I highly recommend backing up your games original forge file as caution.
Instructions are simple: Unzip the file, drag and drop the dataPC.forge into the games main folder and replace the original.
This forge file contains a number of mods made to it. A special thanks to Kamzik123 for this creation of the Anviltoolkit that made modding possible and for converting models for the game for me. Also a special thanks to Th3_Kill for the E3 shoulderpad texture.
This contains a serious of mods
- HD Textures From the Ezio Collection PS4
- MIssing Transparacy was added and enabled
- Cloth Physics tweaks
- Desmond AC1 Head with AC3 hair
- Revelations Altair Sword imported to AC2
- E3 glove for the base right hand
- E3 shoulder pad for the base outfit
- others that i cant remember
if you experience any bug like missing textures or any issues please let me know.
Note: some of the mods wont work most of the times as the game will read from different game files
The game freezes when starting with this mod. Do I need to do anything with the game files to run this mod?
No, you just replace the original file with the modded one. The freeze is odd, i tested it my self, if the mod was broken it would crash the game. Ill take a look later.
Unfortunately, I have the same issue as the guest.
On a clean fresh install with no other mods or reshades :
When the file is replaced, (with task manager opened on my second screed) , The game launch and become not responding 2 or 3 seconds later.
Since I know that, when using texMod to fully re-texture the game, it will hang a good 3, 4 minutes when launched before starting, I tried the same here.
Still on the fresh install with only the new DataPC.forge in, I started the game and left it hang for a good 5 minutes but nothing.
Thats odd, the game launches normally for me with this upload. Can you confirm the vanilla(unmodded) game, launches?
Ok, this is strange :)
I downloaded a fresh legit install from Steam, and used your files and it works! Yes I can say it works!
My previous fresh one was a "not so legit" one, because TexMod and OpenTexmod won't work on a ubi/steam install !
I would bet it was just a matter of a game being up to date, you datapc.forge having a slightly different hierarchy than my "old" installation i'd guess!
