Maybe because this was such an old version of SweetFX or maybe the modder didn't know how to really work on SweetFX configs...
But this is just FUGLY to me; more blurred than vanilla, the lighting is blinding, the DOF is awful...
It is NOT just bad screenshots, it's bad on modern systems too in game (2018). Sorry modder, try making a better new one :-(
