If I could I would make a world war two mod for Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour. I would like to make a mod like Blitzkrieg 2 The Finest Hour but better. It would have a navy and a large airforce. In the navy every fraction would have battleships, aircraftcarriers, destroyers, and submarines. Of course there would be tanks and infantry, but I can't find a modding program to do it.
