tld team im downloading this mod but it says unknow publisher and it wont let me play the game you got to help me somehow this game is amazing and I hear about it all the time from people

Hello guys! i need some help. Wenn i load my save the game frozes at the "launching game" phase..Is my save broken? I need to start the whole thing again? I read that there is a back-up file for the saves. But I made a new game to see if there is anything else wrong and well it overwrited it..so im stuck and i really dont want to begin all over again...wenn i am so close to take glorfindel with me. Please help me:

By the way after the froze it gives me an error message about runtime error.
