I've started working on mod for Fallout 3 called Lost, But Not Forgotten.
Lost, But Not Forgotten is a quest/adventure modification for Fallout 3 that will add:
-A main quest that will take players across the Wasteland in the search of a vault
that holds secure all of humanity's greatest achievements, and the story behind its disappearance.
-A side quest that ties into the main quest and rewards players with extra loot.
-Three brand-new locations in the Capital Wasteland.
-Five new perks to enhance character creation.
-Powerful and unique weapons, new pieces of armor, and new consumables.
