What are some of your favourite bands/songs at the moment?
Yeah this band is pretty cool. Too bad it's pretty much disbanded at this point.
I'm actually running low on things to listen to. Finding good black metal in particular is difficult considering a lot of newer black metal bands are created by hipsters. That's how we get utter travesties like Happy Days, Liturgy, Myrkur and Deafheaven. Mostly I've been going through the Mgla and Taake discography. Also a recent breakout band called Batushka which had a really successful debut album.

Satan Prometheus is one hell of a good song. I especially like that constant double bass kicking being coupled with great riffs.
A world to win would be one of my favourite Gorgoroth songs,Sign of an open eye second. Don't know why people enjoy hating Ad majorem sathanas gloriam that much...

There are two kinds of Gorgoroth fans: The kind that revile Gaahl and all the albums he was present on, and then the kind like me who love the entirety of Gorgoroth's discography.
Some people hate Gaahl just because he's a homosexual and because of the feud with Infernus. You already know that the metal community and subculture is populated by some homophobic,purist douchebags.
The man produced some quality material during his career,there's no denying that. He seems so dreamy in all of those interviews,as if he's living in an entirely different plane of existence than us.
