I uhm hrmmm.....I want to run my own shop but right now I do lots of tech support. and I know that to make enough money to build my game on my own is impossible within a reasonable timeframe unless I start selling drugs and such of which case my timeframe is shortened even more by the sentencing. In any case the best thing to do is BUDGET BUDGET BUDGET and then don't break that budget. And I'm not referring to just budgetting your money, budget your time, people resources and the lot. I'm a person that wants to see progress after the end of every day and that's a basd habit I need to break because in this type of industry progress probably shouldn't be measured that way. it takes days weeks or even months to hit any type of milestone. I know I haven't yet but i'm still working towards it. I mean...there has been a lot of work done, or so i'm told but from the cosmic perspective of entire game completion....it's a blip...
