Oh Microsoft, you just can win can you? Then again, doing the right thing for the wrong reasons is not very respectable. They will win back some of the fans that they scared off, but has too much damage already been done? I'm not saying that X-Box is dead or anything like that, but they are going to be hurting for quite awhile. I really think that if they had entered into all of this without telling us anything, not even the name of the console, they'd be doing better right now then they are. "Oooo, Microsoft is being mysterious, they must be hiding something awesome, I have to get that!".
I wrote in an earlier blog how I was going to get both, and then how I will probably be leaning to PS4 only. Now though, actually now I'm still in the same boat really. The funny thing is that the internet thing didn't bug me that much, I'm always connected (mostly) and I don't buy used games very often. The thing I don't like is Kinect thing, and how it is being forced on you. For that reason only I think that I will wait out with X-Box and see if they can make the console a "must buy", I just don't see it happening though.
