Hello IndieDB Readers! Welcome to the 18th edition of Within BYOND. You may be wondering why it is the 18th edition, and what Within BYOND is about. Simply put, BYOND is an acronym for Build Your Own Net Dream. BYOND is a total 2D game development suite with built in multiplayer functionality.

Within BYOND is a volunteer published column posted on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, featuring brief mentions of some of the in-development games that are being made with BYOND. You'll find that there is a large difference in the quality of work presented, given that BYOND developers are independents of all ages and create games in their free time. As for the previous 17 editions? They can be found here. Interested in finding more about BYOND? Start here!

Here is a run down of how this column works: Find and keep up with in-development games by reading down though the game briefs. If you find a game that looks interesting, click on the links for more information and fan the hub page to keep up to date as updates and servers become available.
