Tracking again. Please make sure you stick to monthly updates as good PR makes everybody happy! Great news!
It is still the 20th for me: 11:46 GMT. Has anyone considered timezones? Considering the excellent PR up to this point, give them the benefit of the doubt for God's sake - this isn't Black Mesa.
I've uploaded the client exe as a torrent on gameupdates.org here: Gameupdates.org . Hope that's OK.
Thanks for letting us know!
Absolutely incredible! You have serious talent!
What a bad mistake! Surely testing would've revealed this error?
Unfortunately I did not enjoy this mod as many others did and it is quite a shame considering the good reviews. I found Issue 1 - Polaris to be completely unnecessary, and the stargazing mini-game tedious albeit different from the norm. Issue 2 was much better: Pros; the setting of being inside the brain was interesting; the flashes you get from breaking a memory were cool and I liked that it wasn't a simple pass/fail, but allowed you to discover more; the story was much more detailed. Cons; still too short; the story felt underdeveloped. Overall I love that this mod takes a different take on gaming, however it's limited by its length and how underdeveloped it is. I'd suggest keeping the originality, but writing a longer episode with deeper feeling. Issues 1&2 were too short to be involved in. I appreciate the effort, but it wasn't for me. Dear Esther is still one of the best non-shooting mod I've played for me.
This is what I love, a great media update that not only tantalises the community but keeps them informed and involved!
And with such little care for the community. Latest News: Black Mesa Update on Dec 6th, 2009.
I think it is really unfortunate, but I'm disappointed that no-one has made an effort to reboot such a promising mod. I bet that if released, this mod would be one of the most popular mods of Source's history. For the sake of what could be, please do something!

Already nervous in anticipation!
I'm afraid that I have to agree with recent posters - the PR and the infrequency of media releases really leave a sour taste in those who are eagerly anticipating this mod. Of course everyone appreciates the difficulty in making a mod, but I think that sparing half an hour a month on even a simple text-based update would put the mod in much better favour. Don't leave us out of the loop, or it makes us think that you guys are out of the loop and that the mod isn't going anywhere. Good luck!
I can already see a late night coming on Friday. Eagerly anticipating this release!
Check out Dear Esther to see how beautiful Source can be!
Played Beta 3 loads and really anticipating Beta 4! Please make sure you have a torrent up though for distribution alongside HTTP when you do release. Thanks!
Fantastic! Some really great mods to look forward to!
Looking forward to it!
Honestly, if you guys ever have the audacity to stop development on this mod I will personally HUNT YOU DOWN and ask you very politely to continue development. I love every update - keep up the good work!
Questions require question marks.
2GB is small?! What has happened to computing?!
This makes me really happy!
If there is one mod that I don't want to die before release, it is definitely this one! Keep up the great work!
