So after the week of poking and blender scripting, I've managed to put together some scripts for more fluid and controllable camera panning behavior.
Added a few bits to the test level to see how it feels and threw in a few place holders (planet in the background) and a bunch of other stuff.
Next on the to do list is;
- Jump animation
- Run animation
- Stop walking/running while airborne
The left to right camera panning works well (X axis) however up and down panning is having issues because the camera axis is not in alignment with the world and causes the X,Z values to be all wacky.
Once ive found a solution to this CuteRobo will be able to look up and down within a set range.
