What is that I am looking for programmers? Specifically Unity 3D ones?

My name is Salmaan and just like you want to make games. I am fair and like being nice to people to get the best out of them.
What we will make is not known yet, I just know I want it to be third person, single player and story-driven.
You don't have to have worked on a game previously, this could be your first one. You can be anywhere in the world, from the streets of London to the mountains of Switzerland.
You should be experienced with Unity, since that is the engine we are going to use for our game. Unity is a great engine, it expands your imagination and allows almost anything to happen. If you are just coming to look and have not used Unity before, go use it!
You won't get paid upfront, but after we release the game, you get a fair share of the cash!
