I am starting a small studio and we are trying to put together our first project. The project is small but ambitious. We are using RPG Maker XV Ace, but plan on using all original assets, however our art team has kind of dissipated and we are trying to rebuild it.
The type of artists we are looking for are:
Background Artists
Character Designer
Technical Artist
For background artists, we are looking for someone who can make good looking backgrounds and location concepts that fit into the art style we are going for.
Character designers will need to be able to emulate the art style we have. Before the art team dissolved we did have and art style we were going for, these are some character concepts and the style I want to emulate I.imgur.com I.imgur.com These are rough sketches, but it's kinda what we are going for.

A bit about the game itself. The game is a dieselpunk style Turn Based RPG, where a character who is wronged by the oppressive government and goes on a quest of revenge, along the way he meets new friends that help him along the way, however during their journey they stumble across a plot that is much larger than just an oppressive regime. Aesthetics align with 1900-1950s dieselpunk modeled after nazi germany and old school america.
A first draft of the story is written and most of the design work is done, so there's plenty of work to get started on.
This project is currently Rev-Share, this is subject to change, I'd like to offer pay for work, but I dont have enough money saved up to promise consistent payment at the moment.
(As a side note, musicians would be nice but are not the current priority)
