We at mindset games are looking for talented programmers to help us out with our prototypes and new game endeavors. It will be a fun experience and a way to meet people who share the same passion and interests.
Programmer requirements:
1. We specialize in the Unity engine and we are aiming to make 2d and 3d games. We need a coder who has javascript and/or c# knowledge to help us.
2. Active! Since this is a home-based job, you must have enough flexibility to attend our weekly skype meetings.
3. Meeting and organizing deadlines. We put a lot of trust on our members to create their own deadlines. Overall, we aim to create a game from idea to gold in a month.
4. Lastly, be friendly and respectful. No matter where you are, we currently have a team of mature and friendly members who enjoys making different games.
Contracts are given to all members to ensure a fair and trusted relationship. Profits will be distributed via revenue share.
Our company just recently become a registered limited liability partnership. We consist of 3 partners and around 3 independent contractors all specialize in their own field. Art, 3D, sound.
Our recent programmer had to leave therefore we need some programmers to help us out with mechanic scripts and game states.
My friends and I recently graduated from a games design course in the UK and we aim to make it big one day which is why we are gathering people who share our passion of game design.
