Programmer job

Hi everyone, first of all let me just thank you for taking the time to read my post as intensive arts is currently very small and in great need of growing.

I am looking for programmers to help work on my Arise© project. I have A SFX and Terrain Designer, 2 and a possible 3rd 3D Moddeler and a developer aswell as myself with little experience in any fields but i am going to help out werever i can when asked,

Arise is an open world RTS where the player leads his people through the ages in any path he chooses, I am taking elements from many games and bringing new elements to optomize the immersion.

I am going to include multiplayer between friends (I cannot confirm a number) and one of the main elements that will be imput into the game is the player creation system, taking the idea from a game called planet explorers the player will be able to invent and build his own creations for his people to wear, weild and control or capture an enemy's and analize it to find weaknesses or discover a new object or substance he can use to his advantage.

I am accepting people of all skills but am in serious need of a programmer for the group, All help is appreciated thanks,
