The position is for a programmer who's very versatile in C++ and can cross-platform as well. The game we're developing is to be made for PC/Mac as well as the new upcoming OUYA console. There's a possibility that it could see a XBOX 360/PS3/Wii U port as well, but that's up in the air.
The game we're aiming to make is an HD 2D sidescrolling based run 'n gun/hack 'n slash/shmup/beat 'em up fusion. We need someone who understands how to program platforming characters, enemies, weapons, items, attacks, AI, as well as tackling programming for menu selections, options, and other things of the like.
