I require someone with at least 3-5 years of pixel/art experience, that is capable of innovating on ideas and incorporating that into good pixel art.

You will be responsible for designing UI elements for a FPS game, you will be handed references to help you with the style i am currently working with. This is indeed a paid position, you will be paid upon completion of the tasks. You will NOT be paid hourly but rather, based on quality, speed and overall fidelity of your work.
