Network Programmer for Realistic FPS job

Hello, Smloop is a open-world survival FPS set in a fantasy environment where the map is set into two parts: the house and the wilderness. I won't go into detail about the game too much, but basically you are a humanoid ant. We want to make players have skill as much as possible so we added a radial based cognitive inventory and are in progress on working on a reload state system similar to Receiver. These are just examples of the many plans we have for Smloop, but right now currently we need more programmers. Network programmers in general would be great, but any body willing to devote a little free time to a great cause are more than welcome. I would advise though intermediate programmers due to Smloop having advanced features that require extensive knowledge of Unity and its scripting mechanics.

If your curious about development, we try our best to be efficient and productive. Our main team communication is done via Slack and a little of Skype. Team members submit outlines at the beginning of each month highlighting what their going to accomplish and we hold Skype calls to further discuss development. Please commit to such a project if you are willing to apply. I look forward to anyone willing to create new features in games not seen before.
