Music maker/artist (PAID WHEN DONE) job

Hello i am Joost i am the boss of warlocks.inc.
We are currently recruiting a artist, we want to have at least one of these.
And here you make a change we have 2 young people eager to learn to do this so you have the following options:
1 just become a temperary artist and after this mod go on with our custom game (a mix of bannerlord and rome total war)
2 just help for 2 month's and learn our young guys everything you know.
3 stay with us but stil help our young guys to learn to be artist.
Our mod:
our mod is placed in the popular game mount and blade warband the story goes about a battle of all warlocks ever lived. So indians (elephants) fight romans who fight medieval who fight samurai who figt camelrides enz
Reward: you will get rewards with help to learn every game or modding making skill you want to (execption is of course artist/music maker) and of course as the mod gets famous and sold as an expansion you will get 15% of the money earnt.
