I need an encoder written to translate .wdd files into a windows 7 Explorer environment where I can then rename, delete, copy paste etc... the internal 3D files contained within.
After such editing has taken place, the encoder must be able to resave into or preserve the original .wdd format
I am not a programmer myself and would rely on the expertise of the applicant to recommend what would be the best programming language to use to achieve this result.
I can send .wdd files to interested candidates.
Will consider fixed price/time quotations for the job.
