Hey, guy's.
I'm currently looking for people of all positions in game creation to help make a sort of Thug/Gangster indie game, which will resemble to the hit seller "Mafia". Below are the people I'll mainly need.
Positions:
1. Programmer
2. Artist
3. Assistant writer
4. Model creator
ETC....
What I'm aiming to do is create a free roam genre that revolves around the main character/player. He will start off doing low crimes and rise up the ranks of the underworld. The difference between this and Games like GTA, is that this will be extremely more realistic. Unlike other games, the player will have to plan hits out with care, hide weapons away when roaming, don't drive over the speed level, and many other things.

Customization options
Ranking system
Police record
High level of detail
The slightest crimes matter
Lots of side mission's
Dating sequences + marriage
Many ways of making money
Ageing of character included
