Looking for 3D Modellers and Game Programmers job

Hi All,

I have created a new studio looking to gain new members for development of a game entitled Incarnot.

This project is a game I designed over a year ago and attempted to build at the end of last year. However, due to a number of reasons, the project was put on hold and am now wishing to bring this game back into the light. For this, I have reinvented and redesigned a few key aspects including game mechanics, story line and setting. This reinvention has truly increased this games originality.

A bit about myself:

I have worked in the IT industry for the past 3 years as a project manager. I take a systematic approach to Game Design, Project Management and Development using my years of experience. A key part of this approach was not only to design new and original games, I have in turn designed my own process and procedures in the game development experience.

This game is an RPG game that takes a strategic approach to mob fighting and the hack and slash genre.

So a bit about the game:

The future of the Saverian race is based on the reinvention of Steam technology. A combination of ancient mechanics and Carnotium, a new readily available mineral with high energy outputs, has pathed the way to rebuild a thriving society.This however will not come easy. However, the world is changing rapidly, nature is rapidly growing and a new threat has emerged, ambushing these neo-prospecting camps. Now dubbed The Spawn, these demon-like creatures of mass strength and power are the last remaining threat to the continuation of Saverian existence.

The above is a small taste of some character concepts in this case - The Saverian Race. However, I have developed multiple races, societies based around the Carnotium world.

I take a mentor/learning and project based learning approach to development as a concurrent goal. For this reason, I am not looking for the best of the best, just someone with passion and who is willing to work and learn under the development frameworks.
