- Have confidence in your own work, never fear a challenge and have the "CAN DO" attitude
- Be motivated by either others or your own work (if you need a push, thats fine), and bring positive energy to the production team
- Have at least some skill and/or experience in your field of work (At least know what your doing) -- guidance and questions are fine, but you shouldnt need your hand held throughout the entire process of something -- Basically, if your an artist and I ask you to draw something, 99% of that image shouldnt have been done by me...

What Roles We Need (Ordered in priority):
- Group Manager (3) or General Manager (1)
Your role as a GROUP MANAGER is to make sure every member of a specific group (or groups) have their work, are busy on it, and progression is being made by them daily. Part of your role will be to monitor and fill logs on their progression, understand their skills, and assign work to areas they are actually capable of producing quality work in. Your role will also require you to write documents sometimes, outlining specific members roles, read documents from management, listing these roles and tasks, then distributing roles and work to each member, delegating leadership on this role. It is not required but a strong bonus that you know the area you are managing well -- If it is the Art group you are managing, it would only help you to know how to draw yourself.

Your role as a GENERAL MANAGER is to manage multiple groups as what we call a "floater" -- they are normally responsible for 3 - 5 - all the groups on the team, and making sure that every group is working, have their work, and are fully clear on what they are doing or need to be doing soon. They are responsible for being the voice and the messenger of the members of the team -- if a member feels they are not being heard, the general manager brings their words directly to the director or project manager. The General Manager is also responsible for issuing out work, from documents given by Management, and creating work, from documents given by Management, as well as accepting, reviewing, denying and/or approving all work members from groups submit, then making sure that work is sent to the director and project manager. -- Basically, your job is to stay on top of many or all groups, and keep everything organized as it moves along.
