Freelance programmers needed. Online position job

Hello, we are Mindset Games, a registered UK company formed by a group of game design graduates. Art, design, sound, 3d and animation are what we specialise in. We are looking for hardworking and skilled programmers to join us.

We are currently focusing on a mobile game project, hopefully releasing it in the coming month. This will be a freelance position but once the game is released and revenue is gained, we will set up a contractual agreement for revenue share which will be transferred via paypal.

What we are looking for in a programmer:
1. Knowledge in either javascript/c#
2. Keep to deadlines and be regularly online
3. Have skype
4. Have dropbox
5. Live close to our timezone (GMT+0)-Only because some of our partners live in Japan so a US time zone may be difficult to maintain communications.

Preferred but not essential:
1. Knowledge in unity and its tools
2. Knowledge of version control
3. Knowledge of putting games onto the app store, android and pc platforms

Most of our projects will take no longer than 3 months to complete, others should be faster due to us having prototypes already. If accepted, you will be put into our pool of contractors/freelancers where we will notify you if we have any projects for you to work on. Obviously an NDA agreement will have to be signed. Hopefully it will be a fun learning experience for everyone and be useful for people hoping to build a stronger portfolio. :)
