Crusader kings 3 Twitch integration job

I would like to have a Crusader Kings 3 mod that has an integration with Twitch, just like the Rimmconect mod does with Rimworld, I have never done this before hiring someone to create a mod, so I don't know how much it should pay Therefore, the mod must have the ability for the person to claim a character in the game and be able to manage certain basic things about the character if possible, although just being able to claim the character would be very good, the idea is to generate greater interaction between the public and the game, that they are not only watching, that they can also participate
