We are currently developing a visual novel. We need a good quality artist who can provide us with high definition anime style characters and backgrounds. Could you change the "We will pay 33% of out total income to whoever may take this job. Initially this is an unpaid position for any hobbyist looking to hone their skills, however if there should come a time at which we will earn money on this, whomever gets the position will be paid their 33%. You will also receive a free copy of the full game once it is finished for all platforms it's released on.
