*Update. Here is an example of what we have so far. We are focusing on programming first so it doesn't have those amazing graphics yet but it has WASD + Alt to zoom, spacebar to jump and xbox 360 controller support.

About us:
We are a new team that will be making our own game studios and develop games that we believe everyone will love or at least they will be games we love.

We are a small group of professional game developers that have experience in other projects and working with other indie teams. Some members have NDA's on the work they have been apart of so they can't disclose too much information but our upcoming game is something we believe will be a hit.

Once we get a demo ready we will be promoting the game on a website I am staff on that has over 100 thousand gamer members and we will also be using kickstarter as well for crowd-funding. This is a royalty based payment system as you will be paid off the work you do once we start crowd-funding to obtain the funds we need to finish the game and pay all the members that contributed to the games progress. Any that still continue to work with us after that point will be paid based off the funding we obtained and will be offered full-time positions and will be asked to move into the game studio we will purchase with the funds.

What we are looking for:

We are currently looking for an programmer that has knowledge in coding battle systems and AI for our upcoming fantasy death game. The battle system we are wanting will be a Dynamic battle system that combines strategic turn-based battle concepts and real time gameplay that seamlessly blends world navigation and fighting without any load times or interruptions.

Requirements:
- Unity programming knowledge in C#.
- Willing to spend at least 10-20 hours per week.
- Willing to write notes whilst coding and uploading everything via FTP so other members know the progress and are able to know what is going on and to leave feedback on the work.
- At least one year programming experience minimum.
- Either previous work experience as a programmer or a programming / engineering focused education.
- Passionate and creative.
- Able to work both independently and as a part of a bigger team.

Responsibilities:
- You will communicate the intended purpose of a system, identify the needs to realize it and be responsible for implementing the system from conception all the way to tweaking it in-game.

- Uploading everything via FTP and maintaining regular contact over Skype/Steam/Team Viewer with the team.

About the project:
The game will be a Fantasy Death Game and will have some Horror/Mystery elements to it. If you want more information feel free to contact me via email/Skype and I will give any information you need and answer any and all questions you might have.
