I am currently creating an RPG like those of final fantasy and am searching for some artists to assist me on it. The game puts people of the age of high school. The game's basis and beginning has been already created. We will be mostly communicating via email and skype, and eventually through forum.
The RPG will create an immersive game that creates a nostalgic sense and will be produced for PC and Droid. You will be paid in royalties once the game is finished, and how much you would get will depend on how much you produce for the game.
