Hello

We are currently seeking a 3D Artist/Modeler to create environment assets for an upcoming competitive FPS. We have a modest budget for the right candidate.

You will need to be capable of creating high quality real world models with texturing. The game will be using Unreal Engine 4 therefore models should be extracted as FBX format. Due to the games competitive purpose all models will need to be well optimized.

You will need to have had experience with importing models into games, understanding normal's and LODs. LODs are extremely important for optimization so this is a must.

Requirements:

- Experience with 3D packages (3ds/Maya/zBrush)
- Capable of texturing models to a high standard (UV, normal, specular, gloss, etc.)
- Good organization and motivation
- Availability
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Preferred:
- Degree in Game Design/Game Art or related field. Skill is more important than education.
- Experience with NDO and DDO by Quixel
- A keen interest in FPS games / eSports

More Information:

Recovery is a competitive FPS game which focuses on skill and teamwork. The primary focus is to create an eSport ready game which focuses on 5 vs 5. The project is still currently in early stages but will eventually make it's way to Kickstarter. If funded there will be more work available.
